  • 1/4 cup oats old-fashioned
  • 11 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 12 teaspoons honey
  • 12 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
  • 11 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 11/3 cup milk skim, 2%, soy - any are fine!
  • 11/4 cup plain Greek yogurt non-fat
  • 11/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 11/4 cup fresh sliced fruit for serving: strawberries, banana slices, etc.
  • 11/4 cup oats old fashioned
  • 12 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 11 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 11 teaspoon honey
  • 11 tablespoon chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
  • 11 tablespoon mini marshmallows
  • 11 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
  • 11/4 cup oats old-fashioned 1 teaspoon chia seeds 2 teaspoons honey 2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips 1 teaspoon cocoa powder 1/3 cup milk skim, 2%, soy - any are fine! 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt non-fat 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup fresh sliced fruit for serving: strawberries, banana slices, etc.

  • 11/4 cup oats old fashioned 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon honey 1 tablespoon chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella) 1/3 cup milk skim, 2%, soy - any are fine! 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt non-fat 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon mini marshmallows 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbsCombine all ingredients, minus any toppings to add when serving, in a small jar and mix very well. 
  • 1 Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days. 
  • 1 When ready to serve, add toppings and any desired fruit and enjoy cold!
