Ingredienser

  • 1 cup cup 100% tomato sauce (225 grams)
  • 11/2 cup white vinegar (120 ml)
  • 11/4 cup coconut sugar (can sub regular sugar) (50 grams) can sub regular sugar
  • 11 teaspoon dried mustard powder
  • 11/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 11/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 11/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 11 teaspoon salt
  • 11/4 teaspoon smoked paprikaAdd all of your ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. All the sauce to simmer for at least 20 minutes. It will thicken as time goes on. MAke sure to stir occasionally to prevent the bottom or sides from burning. When it's done, allow the ketchup to cool completely before storing in an airtight container to keep in the fridge.
